Good Morning! Are you a lister? I certainly am, and not just for 30 Lists. Every day I make a to do list and thrill in crossing things off of it. Sometimes I even have lists of lists I need to make. My husband laughs at me, but it helps me be organized.
So when I heard about 30 Days of Lists, I knew I had to be involved. This September is my third time listing and I really love it. Their catchphrase is “creative journaling challenges for people who love to make lists” and what I love the most is that you can list however you want. It can be a scribble on a piece of paper or a more involved scrapbook page – whatever you want. Just take the days prompt and express yourself however you feel most comfortable.
My first list I did with colored pens and paper, my second I did in photoshop with fonts and colors and shapes and my third I am doing more simply with just a pen and a tiny notebook I made. The point is that you are listing and hopefully sharing. I post my lists on Instagram with the hashtag #30Lists.
Listing for 30 Lists forces me to focus on myself for a few minutes each day. To think about whatever the prompt is for that day and answer it as honestly as I can. Here’s an example of one of my lists for this September – I loved changing up this prompt a little. Originally it was Books Everyone Should Read. But my brain wasn’t quite up to that challenge, so I changed it to Authors I Love.
